Upon receipt of an online return request, our Customer Service Consultants will provide you with a prepaid return postage label via email with instructions for returning the products.
Once the return has been has been checked and processed, a refund will be issued the original method of payment followed by a return confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
