Is a signature required for delivery?

If your ordered is shipped with Australia Post, a signature will be required. If no one is home, a card will be left to arrange collection from your local Post Office.

If your order is shipped with Star Track as indicated during the checkout process, a signature will be required. If there is no one available to accept or sign your parcel, a card will be left and you may arrange to collect your parcel at your own convenience.

Can I request Authority to leave?
For Australia Post and Star Track orders, you may request Authority to Leave by contacting the carrier directly.
